Senate Bills with a number 1 through 10 are traditionally considered to be priority legislation. These are the prospective laws that encompass some of the most vital issues facing the Commonwealth. Senate Bills with bill numbers 11 or higher (i.e. 31, 45, 99) are not numbered by order of importance, scope, or magnitude.
